Our company is growing by 20% yearly and as we grow we need more PC support! You will be in a team lead position 4 highly skilled and respected IT professionals that provide PC reliability to our entire company. We depend on our computers to provide the best customer service possible to our employees and clients. We want you to be a part of our success. This is not a networking position. We have staff at both the eastern and western ends of the state to support installations and wiring, etc. We are an established company with multiple locations (25) in Idaho. No travel involved. Responsible for all aspects of the end users PC experience including, strategic planning, special projects, desk top applications, printing, and PC performance. This includes implementation, configuration, coordination, control, maintenance, troubleshooting, security, usage monitoring, and the development of specialized system procedures. Performs administration functions’ including creating customer profiles and accounts, manages and monitors system resource. Perform or assist in diagnosing production problems; understands IP telephony. Perform system updates, keeps systems current with anti-virus protection. Keep current with new security and system monitoring technologies.

Qualifications: |
Minimum 5 years of similar experience supporting PC end users working from multiple site locations. Results oriented individual who thrives working in a fast paced environment. Preference given for a BS degree in computer science/computer information systems, or related field or a combination of related experience and education. Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities. Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours. Excellent English oral and written communication skills. Ability to work with other department supervisors. Good background in desktop management. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of the data base records.
Understand and direct computer system and implement resolution to system problems. Make recommendations to meet the goals and objectives of the Credit Union functions, procedures, and policies. Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act.
