Marketing Lead for B2C Music Software

Seeking a Marketing Lead for our innovative music software company. Saylo Innovations, Inc is an innovative startup specializing in the B2C music software space, poised to unveil our flagship product, Mixlo. Job Purpose/Summary: We are in search of a dynamic member of our marketing team to spearhead our marketing initiatives, primarily focusing on fostering partnerships and ensuring successful product launches. This role is vital in establishing our brand's footprint in the market.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Partnership Development: One of the core components of this role will be identifying, negotiating, and building relationships with large partners within the industry. These partnerships will play a pivotal role in establishing our brand presence and expanding our market reach.
  • Product Launch Strategy: You will be instrumental in devising and executing a successful launch strategy that resonates with our target audience and positions our brand optimally in the market, especially with our upcoming launch of Mixlo.
  • Brand Management: Uphold and expand our brand identity across various channels. This includes ensuring consistent brand messaging, developing promotional materials, and working with our design and content teams to create compelling marketing assets.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in the music industry. Understand user preferences, competitor strategies, and the evolving market landscape to drive informed decision-making.
  • Campaign Development: Conceptualize and roll out innovative marketing campaigns aimed at customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns, adjusting and optimizing based on performance metrics and feedback.

Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:
  • Passion for music and a general understanding of the music landscape.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with product launches and partnership development.

Technical Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills for performance metrics evaluation.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in using marketing software and tools.

Compensation and Benefits: Monetary and equity compensation will vary depending on the position, please inquire for more specifics. Full-time salary will range from $60,000 to $150,000.
Working Conditions: This role may require occasional travel for partnership negotiations and industry events. Flexible work hours.
