Position Summary:
As an experienced E-commerce Full Stack Developer at Saylo Innovations, your collective expertise will be pivotal in developing, launching, and optimizing the Mixlo Marketplace website. This role involves creating a comprehensive e-commerce solution that supports the sale of music, merchandise, tickets, and more, facilitating connections between artists, venues, and fans. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, your team will ensure the website aligns with Mixlo’s vision, providing a seamless, engaging online shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable, secure e-commerce platform features, including product listings, shopping cart functionality, payment processing, and order management.
Create responsive web designs that offer an intuitive shopping experience across various devices.
Integrate with third-party APIs for payment gateways, shipping, and other e-commerce services.
Develop and maintain a robust backend infrastructure to support website functionality, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Work with data analytics tools to monitor website performance and customer engagement, using insights to drive improvements.
Implement best practices for e-commerce security, including data protection and fraud prevention.
Coordinate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns, SEO strategies, and customer engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s or Master's degree (or equal experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
5+ years of collective experience in full-stack web development, ideally with a strong focus on e-commerce platforms.
Proficiency working with e-commerce technologies and programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, React, Node.js, Ruby on Rails).
Experience with payment gateway integration, shipping API integration, and e-commerce analytics.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
