Position Summary: As the Head of Software Development, also regarded as our Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will spearhead the technical vision and development of Mixlo. You will oversee the entire mobile software development process, from strategic planning through to execution and launch, ensuring our technology not only meets but exceeds user expectations. Your leadership will be pivotal in shaping the future of Mixlo, guiding it through public launch, and scaling it into a global phenomenon. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and success of complex technical projects related to the Mixlo brand.
Oversee the mobile development team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Define and refine the technical architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security are at the forefront.
Work closely with product management and cross-functional teams to align technological solutions with business goals.
Drive technological excellence, making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of all software.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in mobile software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing mobile app development.
Strong technical proficiency in mobile app development frameworks and languages (e.g., Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Flutter), and seasoned backend development experience.
Experience with cloud services, API design, and scalable infrastructure.
Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of talented engineers.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
