Seeking Sales Associates (Entry-Level)

Purpose of the Role: As an integral member of our sales team, you will start your career path as a Sales Associate, with the prospect of progressing to advanced roles based on performance. This position is designed to cultivate your sales skills through direct mentorship and hands-on experience, setting a foundation for your growth within our dynamic team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Actively create and pursue new sales opportunities through calls and emails.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with B2B executives and business owners to generate interest in our services.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospects and leads.
  • Outreach Initiatives: Execute high-volume outbound calling and mass email campaigns.
  • Appointment Coordination: Schedule and prepare meetings for Senior Sales Representatives.
  • Product Proficiency: Gain a comprehensive understanding of Saylo's products to effectively communicate with prospects.
  • Performance Reporting: Participate in weekly meetings to align goals and track progress with your supervisor.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Educational Background: Open to candidates with varying levels of education who demonstrate the required skills and passion for sales.
  • Experience: Prior experience in business development or sales is beneficial but not mandatory. Willingness to learn is crucial.
  • Key Abilities: Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills. Resilience to rejection and an open attitude towards feedback and coaching.
Compensation and Benefits: Competitive pay with performance-based progression opportunities. No sales cap on commission.
Working Conditions: This role is fully remote, offering flexibility in work hours to suit dynamic work styles. Regular virtual training and meetings will be part of the routine.
