Digital Performance Marketer for Saylo Innovations

Be a part of the future for local music! We are seeking a Digital Performance Marketer who loves pop culture and music, and who has strong strategic, creative, and organizational skills. This is a remote opportunity for maximum flexibility.

Saylo Innovations, a local SLC startup, is releasing their MVP-minimum viable product, www.mixloapp.com - our first location-based music streaming app platform. Mixlo’s music charts are based on a local artist’s live music and location. The app helps local artists “be found” by connecting music communities socially - as well as financially - by utilizing unique artist payment methods that reward local musicians by as much as 90x more payment than current popular streaming platforms.

As a crucial part of our marketing team, you will work with the CMO to drive growth and success for all digital marketing campaigns and efforts. You will be responsible for the management and execution of paid media efforts including paid search, paid social, and display campaigns.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting in creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
  • Developing and managing digital prospecting and retargeting campaigns
  • Assisting in ASO and SEO efforts to maximize targeted visibility and awareness
  • Implementing campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong ROI and efficient CAC
  • Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
  • Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
  • Working closely with CMO and management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
 
The ideal candidate has some or all of the following:
 
  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, ASO, social media and other digital channels.
  • Solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
  • A highly goal-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
