Customers respond to our advertisements and call in to purchase or sell freight containers. Our CSR take their calls and helps them make the best product match based on their needs, size, price and delivery date. We need another high energy, outgoing individual to join our fun team and help make a difference in the logistics and freight world.
This position requires an individual who is a good communicator, has great phone and customer service skills, is adept at listening to gather relevant information, can presents our product options, and is efficient at matching the product to the customer’s needs. In this role you will respond to a incoming customer calls. We want you to love working here, enjoy your work, and be compensated for it. Willing to learn all things about Freight containers
Take inbound calls form online ads – 50-80/day
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to match the right product to the customer’s specifications/needs
Experience closing deals – fast 7 day business cycle
Experience in a call center type environment
Familiar with CRM – Zoho would be nice to have
GSuite a plus
Training for first 5 weeks as needed
Like talking to people.
This is a direct hire position with benefits. Base salary + commissions.
